Hey there!
Brand new to the forum and also to Ram ownership. Bought my 2017 1500 Big Horn a year ago used. Already had 33s and a 2.5 inch level body lift. Now after a year of ownership, I have a bad squeaking noise nearly every drive I take. Got it up on a buddy’s lift and all I could find was lots of rubbing on both driver and passenger sides LCAs. Pictures below. Is this because the original owner kept the stock UCAs? What should I do? Thanks! upload_2021-2-24_22-23-52.png

I think that's normal after a lift. Everytime you turn full lock that's the stop. Should not cause any harm. Squeaks are mostly associated with bushings. I have one of my skids that can be a little squeaky from time to time I just have to loosen up the 2 front bolts and tigth them down again. You can use a fuel hose as a stethoscope to diagnose where the squeak is coming from. That's how I found my skids front bolts been a tad noisy.

Have fun.

Mine are exactly the same. I never encountered a squeak but more of a clanging noise. You can put some grease in those areas and it may help. Mine eventually stopped making noise, I'm guessing those areas wore down and stopped making as much contact.

Those look normal, as stated already those are the turn stops. If you have a squeaking noise, check all the bushing and your front strut assembly. If you have a spacer for the leveling something might have worn in the assembly (spring isolator or top hat). Last but not least, check the stops under your hood. Sounds crazy but I had one ever so slightly misadjusted that it caused a squeak over bumps (could have sworn it was the suspension).

That’s all normal my money would be on the squeak is the top bolt on the strut. The causes a lot of baby birds to go on rides with you.
