I would like to level my truck with spacers, just wondering if anybody has suggestions for which brand to go with? The tuff country kit looks good but only suggests 33" tires. I'm almost able to clear 35s stock so should be no prob I'm guessing.

I would look into bilstein 5100's if they are made for your truck. A lot of guys on here are running them on there 1500's. There adjustable.

the bilsteins don't raise the 2500/3500s. I've done some searching and seems i would benefit from a adj. track bar with the level. hoping i can get by for a while without it if i decide to level

With the right offset wheel you can easily run 35's with no level. I ran 35's on my 2015 2500 before down sizing to the factory size to help keep mpgs as high as I could. Really didn't help, wish I would of kept them

Tuff Country 2" level on 35's. I had 35's on the truck before I leveled it and had no rubbing issues.

Old Toyo AT's, 34.7" high

I would go with a BDS leveling kit before Tuff Country. However leveling springs are still a better option for sure. Depending on the size of the leveling kit you go with I would recommend longer shocks and an adjustable track bar to recenter the front differential and help prevent death wobble issues.

What offset do i need to run 35s stock? I have a 2016 2500 Trademan 4x4 with the 6.4, and I've driven all of 250 miles and I'll need some good AT tires sooner than later. Might as well go all the way.

Factory offset will fit a 35"... Or any positive offset.
My mega with RCX 2.5" level and Pure Purformance trac bar has 35/12.5/20 ExoGrapplers on 20x9 0-offset and they rub just ever so slightly in reverse with the wheel cut, but never going forward. I can even flex it out with the wheel cut and they clear. Benefit/downside to a poorly designed 5 link.
I was shooting for 37's but it's tough to do without trimming the body seam.

I have the Zone 2 in. spacer. I like that they make the spacer off center to make up for the change in angle once it is raised. Clears my 35 with no problems.

I noticed you have the 3.73 gearing like my truck. What impact on driving, towing, or anything did you notice with the 35s?

I can't tell any difference honestly... I use the mega like a work truck Puling my boat and horse trailers. The EVIC always says 11.3 no matter what I do lol. I love the 6.4, I wish I'd gotten the 4.10's, but I honestly can't say I've ever needed them. My wakeboard boat weighs almost 7k on the trailer, and the mega doesn't even care. My 3 horse steel stock trailer... It knows it's there lol. But it'll still cruise 60 in 5th loaded down with 2 horses and all our roping gear. Probly around 10k pounds give or take.
