Leveling kit

Hey there. I'm thinking about putting in a 2" leveling kit. How much will this affect my cv joints? Newbie here so any info would be greatly appreciated

2" is fine I went 3" stocks would have been ok but I upgraded to rough country 3" upper control arms.

Bilstein 5100’s set at 2.1” the way to go

The Bilstein lift struts don't take your front suspension outside its normal range of motion (well, by a trivial 0.2 inches...) so you've got nothing to worry about on your CV's.
