Sorry not really sure what you mean by "blis" but there are few different option you can take to level out your truck, such as strut spacers, or new leveling struts. Spacers you could look into Hell Bent steel, daystar, etc you can choose the height usually 2" to 2.5" for level. Some struts are Rancho Quick Lift 2.25" with dampening adjustment or height adjustable bilstein 5100s to name a few options. Have a search through the forum or google

I think what you are seeing is Bils. Short for Bilstein. The Bilstein 5100 Ride Height Adjustable shocks will give you up to 2.8 inches of lift to help remove most of the rake in your truck. The Bilsteins are far and away the best option for the price to level your truck. They will keep the suspension geometry stock or close to stock keeping stress off of the parts.

Yes 5100s are the ones you want, they are a polished silver. They only level the front not the rear

Is your vehicle a 2wd or 4wd? Reason I ask is because the suspension on the two are completely different so certain parts will only work on one or the other...

Use the search box function. Type in 5100 or Bilsteins or leveling kit or leveled. Read all posts related to those results. There a a heck of alot of them.

It is far easier, not to mention much more informative, to read the posts already made by those who have actually done a Leveling, than it is for one person to type a detailed response, with the hope that person actually knows what he is discussing.

The Bilstein shocks actually do not keep the suspension geometry stock, or close to stock. Their operation is commonly misunderstood by many, and some of the Youtube videos I have seen explaining exactly what you said above are wrong. Simply put in the case of keeping the stock control arms, and steering knuckles, no geometry change = no lift.

While it is true that the Bilsteins are the same length as the OEM assembly, and the coil over assembly plus a spacer is longer, the components of the suspension that see extra wear (ball joints, etc) sit in the same position regardless of what means is used to achieve the lift. The only instance where this is not true is when the suspension is in full droop, and the longer OEM + spacer assembly pushes the whole setup further down. This is almost impossible to achieve though since the front anti roll bar is so stiff/the truck's weight distribution is set up such that a back tire will come off the ground long before a front does.

Not knocking the Bilstein product though. Many people love the improvement the shocks provide over the OEM shocks, and the ability to choose your ride height with some variability is nice. It seems like most people set it once, and then leave it though, so if you know your target height it may not be worth it to you. Other people really like the Rancho kits that allow you to adjust damping rates which sounds very valuable when changing from loaded to unloaded, etc. Others just go with a spacer because it is quick, easy, cheap, and doesn't have any major disadvantages when compared to a lot of the other options available.
