Maybe a bizarre question, the covers to my license plate bulbs are horrible yellow. Is there a way to clean them? If so how and how do I get them out. Or would it be best to order new. Where and what would I look for to order new ones? Thanks

Just a suggestion. I had the same problem so.... i poped out my old ones, and the lens..bought small piece of plxi-glass and made a template..cut it out with a hack saw, smoothed the edges and used black silicone to hold the glass back to the housing..total cost was 4.50$ and about 1 hour. now its clear and always clean.

I like the plexiglass idea, I think the stock lenses are quite yellow to begin with.

I may have to do this, not that mine are yellow but the stock ones prevent a lot of light from coming through and I think it would look cleaner over all with clear lens.

I'm thinking the same thing. I installed led bulbs in mine not too long ago, and noticed the lenses look like they restrict some light. Don't get me wrong I have PLENTY of light for my plate, these bulbs are stupid bright.. It would just give me something to do
