i ordered the 42” curved light bar now need to install
Did anybody buy the bracket to mount the light bar using the front hook location
I think I found it on amazon

I did mine with the tow hook brackets but I have a straight bar. Worked very well.

Which bar did you order? I just realized the 42" autosaver I bought won't fit in the spot I want it. I'm putting mine in the lower valance of the front bumper, sort of where the tow hooks might go.

I have the 30” curved single black series on mine and it’s been 100% trouble free. I like the black series so it doesn’t stand out too much and look like the Cheshire Cat

I looked at that one, too. I'm not sure if I should go 30 in the hope i might someday be able to put tow hooks on, or go 42" with no hooks. I'm sure none of this helps the OP on his issue

would be nice if RC made a 42" single row curved. My 1.5"body lift precludes me from using factory tow hooks.

I did a 20” on my 2500, plan is to add cubes on each end, just haven’t had time to install yet. Pic with the bar on at only 10%

No it’s bluetooth, you use the app to change color, flash or dim.

It always goes to the last setting, so I set it on white @ 10% and use my aux to turn it on or off. Haven’t messed with the app since I put it in.

I use BlackOak LED. They make a good product and even gave me a discount code to give to people. I used to use Rigid but way too expensive for my taste.

I used a 30” and designed my own brackets in Autocad and had the local
metal place laser cut and bend them for $30. It fits tow hook to tow hook on my 2500.

Thought I read someone’s post a while back that there is a light that is designed specifically for this truck in that spot. Direct fit.

Y'all are all wrong. The answer is Rigid and behind the grill.
