light bar on 2012 express

Been wanting to get a light bar for my truck but kind of worried about the hole that goes to my spare if I put a light bar on will it block it? Also im not good with wiring how does it hook up?

I tested access to the spare after I put the tailgate bar on, it covers part of the hole, but the spare is still accessible. If nothing else maybe get someone to hold the bar in place and test it?

Mine sits right on the top of the hole and have no problems.
