Hella 500s can be found all over the place. Dave has 'em, I think Matt does too. WalMart, Amazon, etc.

The HIDs, I went with my economy kit in them, but honestly - any H3 kit will work just fine on this.

Well, if I were you I'd buy the Hid's from Jeremy here. Their stuff is top notch, amazing quality. Hella 500's I'd check craigslist everywhere and see if you can get a deal. I got SIX; 4 driving, 2 fog hella's for 85 shipped. Can't beat that. Do you have Hid's in your headlights too? If not, go ahead and get a pair for them too. You will NEVER go back!

I have the 55w 6000k Digital hid's in my heads from JJ. Anything over 6000k won't give you much more visibility over what you have now.

i was just going to ask about what to go with. 6000k looked like the best to go with. you put them in the stock housing? ive heard people ***** about oncoming traffic being blinded from the reflective housing on the factory headlights???

They're honestly not that bad. Aim them down if you have to. A true projector retrofit is quite costly, but people say it's worth it. They actually project the light and have a cutoff, unlike reflectors which tend to scatter light. Basically, if you just want an improved field of vision, just get an hid kit. But if you want a completely different, badass setup, go with a retrofit. I have stock housings and they do just fine for now.

HIDs go in the projectors. Its the same kits either way, just a different bulb.

Me.....I'd go all out. :D

At least get hid's, but if you want the output projectors give, you might as well get those too. I really want a pair, they're amazing, but just too much for me right now :(

id like to just get new headlight assemblies with hid's. too bad they're so expensive to get the whole kit, may have to wait awhile till i get the money to get the whole kit.

If you're gonna get new housings, you might as well get a full retrofit. Not worth it for others IMO. Unless you're just painting the housings...
