Lightbar install brackets

Does anyone know if someone sells brackets to install a 20" lightbar behind the lower grill on a 1500? I know Rough Country sells a whole kit for this, but I already have a lightbar and wiring harness. Just looking for some brackets or if anyone has a different solution.

Is the 20" bar fill the intake hole in the front bumper?
