Limited wheel question

Hey guys,

These wheels are for sale in my area. I think they're off a limited truck. Any idea what those inserts are made of? Want to powder coat black but not sure what they're made off. I know I can dip them but would rather powder coat if I could.

They are plastic. If I remember right there are three hex bolts holding the inserts to the wheel. They are off the Limited trim level trucks. Bought some brand new a few months ago.

Thanks Arth, I figured that but wanted to confirm as I haven't seen them in person. I guess I will try dipping them if I pick them up. Thanks for the help.
