Well, this sounds exciting. Lithium fires notoriously hard to extinguish. Didn't GM change battery sources from Korea to USA because of fires in the Chevy Bolt? I know Bolt is being built through year end, but thought they'd booted Korean batteries last year.

Boeing 777 was 1st airplane with lithium batteries. The 1st plane caught on fire from batteries.

Lithium batteries are extremely sensitive to quality manufacture. Going with cheapos causes internal short circuits and fires. Remember the cell phones lighting off in people's pockets some years ago? That was funny to watch.
