Yesterday the passenger lock was working perfectly fine and I woke this morning to o unlock my truck and when I went to the passenger door it wouldn’t unlock at all even by pressing the unlock button in the key fob I had to go in the truck and open it myself. I was wondering if something the things inside the door panel for the locking mechanism got messed up or a fuse.

Welcome to the forum. With the information you have provided no one is going to be able to be of much help. You need to explain exactly how you opened it. Power button on the drivers door, did you try that, did it work? or did you have to lift the manual silver tab to open the passenger door. Was it below freezing when you tried to open the door, as in lock was froze up.
