no etorque on the Larmie

more discount on the Big horn

outside looks almost the same exception of wheels and led headlights

inside is where the differences is at leather heated and cooled, reclining rear seats more

which would you buy?

That one should "figure itself out" for you. Have you sat in both trucks to see the differences in appearance? Personally, I did and chose a Big Horn, the Laramie was a little gaudy for my tastes.

For me, Laramie.

Cooled seats are a very high want, living in S. FL.
Reclined rear seats are nice too, as we go on trips a lot and the wife can sit comfortable back there next to our toddler at times.

The leather, heated/cooled reclining seats was must for me...so an easy decision. As stated above: this is really a personal decision.

Big horn. Better deal, not a fan of leather. A shame ram doesn't offer reclining seats in non leather trims. I see only a matter of time before they change that.

It’s all a matter of preference to what you want in your truck. But the Laramie seems that it has more options that I would like. The led package does make a difference on these trucks I wouldn’t buy one without having that package




When I purchased I was in the same position as you.
I could’ve bought a Laramie Or big horn.
The differences to me in the Laramie (which was the base model) were just that it had leather and cooled seats on the inside and oem flares on the outside and 18” wheels. The breaking point was that it didn’t have front and rear sensors that I’ve become accustomed to so that was my deciding point.
I purchased a loaded big horn with the sport package, LED package, 20” wheels, heated seats-non leather, front and rear sensor, bucket seats etc. so it had about the same options than the base Laramie for the same price due to my dealer discounts. The only difference was the leather (with cooled seat) and sensors and I got to avoid the chrome with the Laramie.

I liked the bighorn over the laramie mainly because the laramie was a little more high classy than I was looking for. I dont miss the leather seats, cooling seats would be nice but I got the heated seats which in the midwest will get more use than the cooling seats.
