I am looking to replace the firestone transforce H/T's my truck came with. I have a 2015 2500 crew cab 4x4 with 6.4 HEMI. I want to either stay stock (275/70/18)or go with a 285/65/18 and switch to a 18X9 Wheel. My wife is short so lift or leveling kit for me.

My problem is All of the tires I'm looking at are over $300 each or the reviews say they only last 20,000 miles. I was leaning towards the BFG A/T KO2 and I found some horrible reviews on them. I was also thinking about Nitto, Bridgestone A/T Revo, or Pro Comp. I want a A/T tire with a 50,000 to 60,000 tread life

Can anyone tell me how many miles you got out of whatever tire you are running?

i carry a truck camper 7 months out of the year, tow a boat and travel off road alot ,and i always use an m/t tire .i'm lucky if i get 30 thousand miles.very lucky.i usually spend around $1200 for a set. if all you do is city,no load, you'll easily get 50k from any premium a/t tire.i do find that e rated with stiff sidewalls tend to wear sooner.take the tire reviews with a large grain of salt, especially if they use a jeep as a test vehicle.what wears well on a jeep will get eaten by a tcd ram.'ive owned 8 different trucks and averaged 3 sets per,so i've gone through alot of different tires and honestly, tire wear was way down on the list.all my trucks ate tires.

How about the Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires? I'll probably buy those to replace my Goodyears.

Toyo Open Country A/T's are fantastic. I put almost 62K on my set. This go 'round I went with the KO2's and so far, so good.

My dad would get 80k+ out of his t/a ko's that he'd use on his 2003 3/4ton 4x4. I assume he'll go back to them after his stock ones wear out. He loved those damn things. I think he had the 315/70/17.

I've always had good luck with BFG AT KO's in the past. Easily got 60k miles out of every set I've owned, but they were all on half tons. I read a lot of reviews by Cummins owners complaining of early treadwear. Most Cummins owners seem to swear by Toyo's. I know the Nitto's are virtually the same tire, but apparently Toyo uses a little stiffer rubber compound in the Toyo's than the Nitto's. I'd suggest the Toyo Open Country AT. But I currently have about 30k miles on my Nitto Terra Grapplers and they are wearing great.

Just pulled a set of BFG At TKO off my buddies 2012 F150, 4x4 crew cab 6.5' box. Had 125,000km(78,000) miles. Loved em, i installed another set for him
