Looking for UCONNECT® 8.4A_15_26_1_MY14_RJ3

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and RAM as well. I purchased my RAM just a month ago.
I'm currently attempting to update UConnect to the latest version using the driveuconnect.com website. With my VIM code, I have identified an available update (UCONNECT® 8.4A_15_26_1_MY14_RJ3). However, when I click on "view available updates," I encounter an error message stating, "An error occurred. Please try again." I have done some research online and it seems that many people are experiencing the same issue, which led me to this website.
Could someone please assist me with this matter? Is it possible to obtain the file from an alternative source? Thank you in advance.

Do I need to use the exact same version or is it possible to use another version/filename. Is it posssible to brick the system if I don't use the expected version? Thanks again!

Truck year

Radio year, model and part number...
(ie 2017 Ra4/Vp4-NA Nav radio PN: 68270661Ax)

Current Radio SW version, ie v15.24.x, v17.11.x, or latest v18.45.x or similar

Fyi ...
* Dealer Mode (Use this to identify your Radio's P/N and S/N !)
.. Hold Hot+Cold+Front defrost buttons for 5 seconds

Oh heck, you have a 2014 radio for another country I assume - RoW? ... (Yep you're not in North America per your profile).

Note:
2014 Ra4/Vp4-NA , PN is 68224525Ax (USA)
2014 Ra4/Vp4-CA , PN is 68224537Ax (Canada)

Your Ra4/Vp4-RoW, PN: 68224536Ax (Rest of World/Export)


Unfortunately, we don't have any SW here for your radio. (Just USA & some Canadian stuff).

If you can find it, you will need to update to v17.x first, then you can update to v18.x for your country.

Yes, my truck was made in Mexico and imported here at Argentina.
