I have a question. How do I fix the plastic clad that has become loose on my wheels?

Do you have a picture of it?
My understanding is that they are super glued to the wheels that's it's hard to take/come off.

Take the wheel off and squirt glue of your choice between it and the wheel. Go light on the adhesive, you don't want to unbalance the wheel although if you do it can be corrected.
