No apparent leaks, I check daily then all of a sudden it's a gallon low. Anyone else experience this? Any help would be appreciated.

Might be a weak radiator cap releasing steam. Might be a head gasket leaking coolant into the cylinders and leaving out the tail pipe. Might be a head gasket leak over pressurizing the cooling system which then blows out through the radiator cap. Or you might have had air trapped in the system if it was recently worked on.

Or you have a leak you just didn’t see.

Just a few ideas to look at. AutoZone/Advance have rental test kits to see if there is any exhaust gas in your coolant system. Works like a pool ph test.
