I know this is an old post but I have a 2018 RAM 3500 Limited and lost my backup guidelines. I replaced the Tailgate Harness/Jumper and powerlock/camera cables and it works fine now. U0264 Code. It was about $180 bucks for the harnesses through the Dealer. You can get them cheaper but I didn't want to mess with possibly getting the incorrect parts for my truck.
