Although the washer fluid is not low. Anyone have any explanation or ideas?

Bad float switch in the WS washer fluid reservoir. It's a one piece sending unit on most of them.

Mine has a sensor. Take a brush and clean it thru the top

Just take a bottle brush and clean the sensor. Sensor is at the bottom of the bottle on the back side

I tried to remove the sensor and the float broke off. Light and dinging went away.

Problem solved!

Just kidding. I'll replace it at some point.
