So as well as all.other stuff I have to do my 2016 has now started the manifold bolt tick
Living up north in salt n rust land not really a surprise.

My question
What parts do I need I'm gonna do both sides.
I'm considering upgrading to aftermarket parts too I.e. headers
Is there upgraded bolts too?
Thanks

Depending on your skill level, most go bsck with stock bolts, rem flex gaskets and sanding the manifolds with a belt sander if they are not broken or cracked.

After initial warp, doubtful they warp again

With shorties headers at a grand, US retail before Canada prices and shipping, the difference in repair costs is substantial.

Your $$ your truck. Do as you see best.

^^^ This...

Other choice for gaskets & bolts are the SRT gaskets and SRT bolts.
If you're going with aftermarket shorty headers, AFE Power is what most here will recommend.

If not either resurface the existing ones properly or get new OEM ones.

Prob going stock headers then.
Are srt bolts better quality than stock ones?

Not aware if the SRT bolts are better, per se.
I've done this job before and used SRT gaskets and SRT bolts.
They do have the factory applied thread lock on the ends though.
