Map lights not working.

Map lights and vanity lights in window shades not working when doors are closed. Map lights turn on when doors are opened. Code reader shows nothing. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue.
Have you made any changes with alfa obd ?
Just wondering if there is something that I've changed so I can change it back.
Thinking of changing it all back.

I’m not sure what Alfa obd is ?
No I have not made any changes. I’ve replaced the tpim and the pcm that did not fix the problem. It started out with some days it worked and then some days it didn’t work. Then it stopped completely.

What indicated the need to replace the tpim and the pcm

or did you switch things, just to see if it would fix things ?

I had other issues with the engine electrical system. The battery was not charging and draining rapidly after I replaced the battery and replaced the alternator. It was showing signs that the TIPM was not working properly. Repaired the TIPM and it was still draining the battery so I replaced the pcm and it fixed it. I was hoping that the map lights would work but they don’t.
I still would like to know what the Alfa obd is?
