max tire size?

Hey guys was wondering what would the max fit for stock 17 inch rims. I had pro comp 33x12.5 17's on it befor and loved it, but im looking at the bfg at ko2 and they dont make that size. Any info would be a big help. Thanks in advance

Stock rim width is 7" so you'll need to fit a tire with a section width of no more than 265.

So an LT265/70R17 will fit fine.

You could stretch it a bit to LT285 but you'd be a 1/2" under spec with the stock wheel so if you hit a good bump or pothole, that tire may separate from the wheel at the bead.

So there must be a lvl kit installed? Like i said it came with pro comp 33x12.5x17 mud tires

There must be one on the truck. I don't see those fitting with the stock rake.

Of course, I've been wrong before.
