Maximum Steel Metallic?

Does anyone on this forum have a Maximum Steel Metallic Ram 1500? If so, can you post some pics for us to see? Thanks.

Yes thats a 2013 color and it looks better in person than in a picture. I saw one in the showroom, its awesome. Pictures either make it look grey or black, its actually a greyish blue, very nice.

I agree 100%. I actually drove down this morning to our local dealer to take a picture for you but it is snowing to hard to have anything worth posting. The first time I saw one at the dealership I thought it was "just another black" truck. It is a very nice color that looks almost black but shouldn't show the dust dirt and paint swirls as bad. It is one of the darkest 50 shades of grey with a tinch of blue and depending on light even a very very slight hint of purple but most people won't even see that. I like it.

I have already said if I was going to buy a new Mopar, I'd want that color. Ram, Charger, whatever, I think it's a sexy color.

This was my first color choice but couldn't find one equipped like I wanted. Is a great color in the sun, and kinda of shifts between grey, blue, and black depending on the light. Awesome color.

Haven't seen it on the Ram yet but the dealer in town has a Durango in that color, its nice. I'm torn between it, mineral gray and black. If the black was a metallic I'd be all over it.

the Max steel color is really nice in Person, pics don't do it any justice. Plus the color looks different with angles, and lightning. Its was my second choice, but I found a fully equipped mineral grey.

I'm torn between mineral gray and maximum steel. Both are nice, but if I go with maximum steel, it'll be rare since it's so new.

I love the Maximum steel on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Would have loved to find it on my truck but I am quite fond of the Mineral Grey Metallic I got.

I would love another vehicle with a "black" or dark paint job, but working across from a concrete plant and being OCD doesn't work well with black. My current DD is black. My new Ram will be white. My current DD will then be a garage queen. lol

There's nothing better than a dark color when it's clean. Problem for me is that doesn't last 24 hours.

^^^ Now there are some pics that do the color justice. I'll probably have to do a poll and have ya'll vote on the color of my truck, black, mineral or maximum. Course if maximum wins I'll probably have to order it with everything I want, don't think I've seen a single sport model in that color.

agreed, and think of down the road when you do a lift with black rims.... Mineral grey with black accents will be awesome...

the one thing I didn't like about the max steel is in a certain sunlight it can appear purple.

I'm leaning towards the maximum steel for my Express now... since I'm still waiting on the 8-speed transmission, it'll give me time to think about it.

Wow, that's an awesome color! I might have gotten that instead of mineral gray on my 2012 if it had been available.
