Hi all. I'm a new member and I have a question.
I just bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4wd Crew Cab. It came with 275/55R20 tires on 20"x9" chrome wheels.
I'd like to put 275/60R20 on the same rims.
Has anyone done this and verified that there is NO rubbing or any other issues?
The tires I want are simply 1" taller w/same width.
Any input appreciated.
Thank you!

You should be fine with that change ... the width is really what you need to worry about and it is the same ... you can run up to 35 inch tires from what I have seen and heard ..

Increasing aspect ratio 5 over stock surely can't cause any issues.. I had 305/55/20s on my 2014 and wasn't close to any problems. 275/60 is slightly less increase in tire height and no increase in width.

I'd be careful with 35" with no form of lift. My 2018 had a set of Fox 2.0s that gave my front about a 2" lift, and a pair of BFGs I put on that was around 34" in real measurement rubbed when on an angle in reverse. You may not get rub with 35" even on stock suspension most of the time, but the issue arises when the wheels are turned.
