You will have to diy with a catchcan due to our internal pcv vs 4g setup. Prob going to need to search deep if there is a diy 3g catchcan thread.

When I'm cruising at 45 I get about 24 mpg. but when I'm waiting in the long line at my school... drops my average down to 11 mpg. when I'm not going to school and not hammering the pedal I get right around 15 mpg highway/city average.

I am also on the quest for better mpgs, I already have an exhaust and I think my next step will be an intake to get around 2-4 mpg untuned

Generally 13 to 14 mpg with a mix of hwy and city in the daily 24 mile roundtrip commute.

I have seen as low as 11 in the winter and saw 16 mpg one time on a highway trip. It has never done 16 mpg again, and I have tried many times.

The biggest gains I saw were from the flashpaq mileage tune and my headers. A little from a new TB and a decent gain from a full tune up.

My onboard computer mileage counter claims I average about 19.6 on my monthly drive from Houston to Lafayette but when you hand calculate it it is actually closer to 17.5. Don't due alot of city driving, I would say around 13-14 in town if I had to guess.

Bone stock 1500 crew cab 4x4 getting 15mpg mixed. I do about 65-70 on the highway and get about 17.

Probably do a tune up and new fluid in the diffs but I can't see the point in spending hundreds of dollars on tuners and chips for a mile or two per gallon.

The tuner is more fun to add some HP/TRQ and fuel mileage is just a bonus. Take me and Ryans's trucks with alot done to them and are a blast to drive around town, added MPGs are just a bonus to us.

yep, making it fun to drive was all I was after..... truck drives like a beast and gets decent mpg to boot, win-win if you ask me.
