MDS problem.

Anyone else have a problem with MDS?
21 Ram Bighorn 5.7l Hemi. Truck threw a P3400 code. I still have 14k miles on Zurich Ext Warranty.

Local shop suggested a work around instead of full teardown and rebuild because Zurich might not agree with his assessment and then I'm stuck with a complete rebuild.

You gonna have to go with whatever your insurance approves, unless you wanna go out of pocket and try claim, make up difference if more than they approve, etc., Every situation is different. I had to fight for a warranty repair for my truck, and it took a long while but got it done. Having a Good Dealership that will fight for you in case also helps. All IMHO. (But my warranty was not a tranny issue).

IF U got Zurich, I assume it is something with MA MOPAR insurance, and not some other 3rd party warranty. You might have to fight and stick to your guns.
