Hello, I have a 2014 1500 ecodiesel. It has the RA2 radio. 5" screen, Sirius radio, Bluetooth. No navigation. It is totally none functional. No screen No sound nothing. I saw the procedures for doing soft resets but didn't work. Any ideas would be apppreciated.
