Hello
Everything worked fine this morning however on the ride home my radio didn't turn on the screen is black and no sound also the usb ports in the center console are not charging my phone I believe the 2 are connected in some way I'm thinking it must be a fuse but I checked the hidden one and it's not blown any ideas before I bring it in

Update:

I disconnected the battery, and everything is working now, lol. I really didn't think that would fix it, as it didn't look like the radio needed a reboot; it looked dead. Also, I'm not sure what caused it to go into that state. So, the point of this update is: even though you think it won't work, just disconnect the battery to be sure, lol.

If it happens again look for a short. The radios have a protection that shuts them off when shorted to protect themselves.
