Hey folks,
Brand new here and figured I'd see if anyone can shed some light on this. To preface this a couple days ago my check engine light came on in my 2014 Ram Sport with roughly 120,000km on it. In terms of performance nothing seemed off so I will check it out when I get the chance.
So I let that be, and either that night or the following morning I notice, my phone that is connected to bluetooth is not being recognized as a media player. It shows it playing its music with zero sound infact the uconnect just says connect device. But calls seem to work just fine via bluetooth. Now I can see this being a phone issue, but I also have a ipod plugged in via USB in the centre console. It shows its connected on the ipod screen with a black screen "connected to accessory." With nothing coming up when I hit the USB tab on the entertainment screen. Radio works though so I've got that going for me at least Haha.
Has anyone encountered this before? It seems really odd I could understand one but both seems like a bigger issue than I was expecting.
Sorry if this is the wrong section or my information doesn't really help potential answers. Thanks for sticking around this long!
