Hi,
I have a question about the media hub in my 2019 Laramie. Well a few weeks ago it quit working. I checked the fuses, no issue there. I’m guessing the port died. However, the port in the back seat is also dead. Do I have to replace both ports or just the front port?
Any help on this is appreciated.

Bob

I had a front one go out, I had splashed a few drops of coffee into it, then a few days later kept getting error messages. The 'error' message stayed on the screen no matter how many times I tried to clear it, haha. It only went away after I installed a new 4-port media hub.

I have the issue that my media ports will not work in extreme heat or cold. I'm guessing they need to be replaced also?
