I thought it was the shocks but that was not it. I was told it was the sway bar and the stabilizer, I replaced both as well as the bushing and still having hte same metal to metal noice. Have any one had this issue?

When does it do it? Accelerating, turning, highspeed, always? Best thing to do is climb under and look around. Shake things and see if they move when they shouldn't.

It does it when I hit or go over a bump, and not a very high one (a drive way bump size)

Still not giving us a whole lot to work with...

In my mind, metal to metal sound is what you hear when something is very wrong, like a long gone wheel bearing, or a busted leaf spring hitting the frame rails. I suspect yours isn't as severe as either of those so a better description of what exactly you are hearing would help.

Driveway bump, so like you're turning in and hitting the bump with one corner first and then the other, so getting some side to side flex in the suspension/chassis? Or is it any bump, like when you hit a speed bump going straight on?

I was able to fix the issue - it was the sway bar after all. Thank you all for your help.
