MFT Bed bracket problems?

Hi all newbie to the DT... Despite using the search, I can't seem to find info on anyone having issues with warranty while using aftermarket bed brackets for a tonneau cover. I hate soft covers and really want a retractable.

Bottom Line: I don't want to have warranty problems on my truck with under 100 miles...

I replaced mine with aftermarket brackets, and installed a tri fold hard cover had'nt had any issues. But do not know about warrantyu
