Don't know who owns the smack talk. But, I do know this. The Marines I served, with and know today, are Men Of Honor. They would never make a fool of themselves.

So clearly the posts made above about ribbing between servicemen and women being normal and adding to the brotherhood was only as deep as the letters they were written in.

So my apologies to anyone offended by said ribbing. I meant no harm and was only trying to add to the conversation a little levity.

This kinda reminds me of an analogy I heard once---Family is family! I can talk bad about my sister but if you ain't in my family you better keep your mouth shut. We're all family here---even if your not a Marine---LOL

ACU-4 Alumni huh?
You should see the specs on the new LCAC-100. Sorry, no Nav, right & left seat arrangement, but the career progression is cleaner that way.

I know enough of that craft that I am surprised that it actually got on cushion. After I retired I was writing Tech Manuals and SEAOPS for it. Then the contract got pulled out from under us.

Retired Air Force here, father (28 years) and brother were Navy, Brother (in-law) was a marine then went to army and got his commission (retired). We talked crap even between us, like said above we could but nobody that wasn't in could.

Computer Op, Computer Programmer (COBOL, C, ADA, Oracle, then found UNIX), separated at 10 years and went Air Force National Guard, 1113th FW Capital Guardians, as AMMO. Computers to bombs and bullets, AMMO is a special group.
