I finally figured out the whole software stuff on the trinity and plugged it all up and got it going. I have about a quarter tank of gas left (87) and figured I'll want to run the higher grade gas. (93) to get the better gains.
How should I go about switching gasses.
Burn up the last bit, fill up with 93 and then switch tunes.

I can't imagine it would be good just to run the 93 right now and then fill up today.

Also I figured I won't be able to get the Hemifever tune till I have my truck program to the 93 tune.
Right?

It's best to empty the 87 as best you can, fill with 93 and maybe even run a second tank of 93 before you install the 93 tune. This may be overly cautious and a test of patience, but worth it, lol! :)

Run it empty but dont run it out of fuel, throw 3-5 gallons of 93 in it and run that out, then fill up. Should be good by then. Even if there is some left in the system, its not going to be enough to notice on the canned 93 tune.

Okay so bad news. Figured since I live in a big city I'll be able to find 93. Can't find anything over 91. Does Hemifever have a tune for 91?

Even with the tune you can run lower octane. The tune will pull timing to protect its self when it detects knock. You could intall the tune and fill up with 91/93 what ever you use and you will be fine you just won't get the full effect of the tune until your full octane.
