The hair dryer and silicone worked for me. 3 years gone by now, no moisture at all.

Pop the headlight out, remove the little orange nipple covers, and get as much water out as you can, blow some dry air in... Best option would probably be to bring them INSIDE the house, and near a heater vent.

The little orange cap things act as "pressure relief" valves. They are likely just silicon/TPE with a little slice of "sponge".

I did this to my wife's Rav4 when it looked the same.

Ended up finding that her headlight had a crack that had let a little water in. RTV'd the crack (it was under the bumper cover), got the headlight dried out, and it doesn't fog over anymore.

On the flip side, I put in a $100 "knock off" after a fender bender where the woman who ran the red light ghosted me, and it looks the part, but the fit is off just enough that I can't get it to "click" in right. But for 1/13th the price of new, and 1/3 the price of ANY other option, I'm not super upset.

Also just trying to be able to pass state inspection as soon as the roads are safe to drive on. (For bullspit reasons. I'll drive on whatever I have to if I have to, but this can wait a few days. And paying the government isn't something I want to do.)

I had the moisture issue on my 2015. They’re not projectors so I don’t know if it makes a difference but I used a hair dryer to dry them out and then siliconed then mess out of them. Seemed to work for a few years. I noticed the moisture has returned now. Time to pull out the hair dryer and dry them out again.

The housings need to be able to "breathe". That's why they have those breather valves on the back of them. The bulbs heat up, the air inside heats up and expands. If there's no where for that pressure to go, it'll force out one way or another. And, if you sealed them on a hot day with high humidity, the minute it gets cold, they're going to get condensation inside them because the water inside can't get out. With the breathers open, as the housings heat up, the warm humid air inside can be exhausted out the vents and they'll dry themselves out eventually (led bulbs don't really get hot enough to do this though). Most of the breathers have a mesh inside them that allows moisture to pass through to get out, but won't let it back in. Most of the issues seem to stem from the breathers being closed off, or plugged up with some kind of silicone, rendering them useless, never allowing any of the moisture inside to ever escape.
What some have done is sealed those breathers up, and drilled larger holes on the back and covered them with gore-tex fabric patches. They let air and moisture out, but keep moisture from getting back in. It's the same material that's used in waterproofing boots.

2015 1500 Lone Star with moisture in both headlights. I took a portable drill with 1/8" bit and drilled a hole in the bottom corners of each lens. No problems since!!!!
