Mopar side step help

Can anyone tell me if Mopar side steps are interchangable ....I have a 2014 reg cab and have found some Mopar steps I really like on ebay for an awesome price . Problem is those steps are tagged as fitting 09-12 trucks ,the guy on Ebay told me they will fit ( he didnt say if I had to do any drilling )
I called a dealership and parts dept just said my vin does not show that model number on parts list .
Id really like to buy them but dont want to drill to fit .

I personally think they would fit. the cabs should be the same and my side steps fit
From 2009-2014. The side steps bolt to the rockers and shouldn't require drilling I have herd some trucks have pre installed riv nuts the only issue I would see would be the riv nuts are different size and you have to get different hardwear witch isn't difficult just go to tractor supply or ace and pick up new bolts and lock washers. What I would do is contact the seller (provided he has good feedback) and ask him if he guaranty's that they fit or your money back and if he says yes get them if he had bad feedback or low move on few bucks isn't worth a massive headache.

Looking at the directions for both, ,looks like the brackets are different. I'm sure if ram thinks it would fit both years, it would say so. Personally I would not do it.

i installed lund sreps today on my xpress qc instuctions said 09-12 .i ordered them from jegs they fit no issues started at 10 am done by noon and i am an old guy in m prime would have been a 5 min job lol

That what scares me ...the guy on eBay ( surplusoemparts) told me and even states on eBay that they will interchange with a 2014 but he did not say if I'd need to changehardware or drill.
He does offer refund if they don't fit MINUS shipping charges and my responsibility to return

Just called Benny and left a message , hopefully he will know ..the guy has them listed for 240 ..nearly half off.
