Do the HD resistors pose a fire hazard?, I noticed they get extremely hot. Just worried they will start a fire. I have them tied down to the frame of the truck. Anyone have any issue with the heat the resistors put out?

As long as you have them clear of any plastic you should be good to go. Ive had my morimoto HIDs and LED fog resistors mounted for several months and had zero issues. I used self tappers on mine and screwed them directly to metal

I have had mine mounted to the frame below the headlights for almost the past year with no issues at all. Just make sure you space them from one another slightly and that nothing is touching them and you will be fine.

I've run Morimoto HID kits on three trucks with no problems. I just screw those things to a metal surface away from any plastic or combustible parts.
