hello so i picked up my first ram had it about a month now its a 99 dodge ram 1500 with the 318 in it with a 5 speed thing slowly turned into a money pit but i wanted a project to learn how to work on trucks better so what better way to learn so i pulled the motor the other week and was able to rip it apart yesterday thing was all shot inside its questionable if its even worth rebuilding its most likely going to my local scrap yard so my question is where can i find a low mileage motor (318ci, 360ci) 5.2l 5.9l magnums laying around in the central new jersey area? lower the mileage the better thank you for anyones help in advance

U can find a low mileage or rebuilt short block online for $1000 shipped if you look hard enough.

Ive got a running 5.9 in my durango I was going to build to put in my 95 ram, but I think im just going to go crate. Its only got 120k on it. Getting it to you.....thats the issue lol
