Info center saying I am only getting 11 miles per gallon after a new battery and computer reset by my dealer. Got 13 plus prior to service.

you using the evic for this or figuring by hand?
Also not sure where you are, BUT in many areas it could be the additives in gas

I have this same issue, as well as many on he forum right now. I’m at 52000 miles and this winter I’ve dropped about 2 mpg average, might be the colder weather combined with “winter blend” gas. I use Shell (and BP) exclusively.

I have always lost a couple mpg with winter fuel. The ethanol doesn't help either.

Winter blend + ethanol always hits the MPG. Also, after a computer reset, the computer has to relearn its inputs for a while to determine the optimum air/fuel mixture. While it learns, it will use a bit more fuel than usual, and this will lower your MPG.
