I know this has been debated at times or is that to death. I've decided the DOD24M is too quiet for my taste, so it's out of the running. I've tried finding videos, but finding them with MDS active from the interior has been difficult. When I had my G8 GT it had cylinder deactivation and the Magnaflow catback I had on the car made it sounds pretty crappy at times. I'll be pairing this with a Vararam intake and a BD or Trinity tune. My truck has 3.55 gears for reference.
So the question is, those who have the DOD14M or the DOD18M, what are your thoughts when MDS activates? I'm looking at also buying the drone suppression pipe from Mufflex, so no matter the choice I make I'll be installing that as well. That may make a difference but I'm not sure many people are running that add-on pipe yet.
