My 03 dodge ram 1500 3.7 v6

I've had this dodge for 7 years bought with 130.000 miles now has 175.000 using a little coolant never gets hot but the rocker on # 6 keeps falling off changed the lifter and rocker but has happened 3 times now within 3 months I'm stumped!

On the 3.7/4.7 motors when I have one that keeps tossing rocker arms, especially at the age of one like yours, I replace the camshafts. Without seeing your motor up close what is most likely happening is the cam lobes are worn and there is excessive clearance between the camshafts and the roller of the rockers.

Another thing contributing to.thisnis the valve springs are over 20 years old and if they haven't been replaced they have lost some of their tension and when they get weak in combination with the worn camshafts it is really easy for the rockers to come out.
