I have a 2004 hemi I use to truck pull. Doing some bolt on mods. I did a full intake with a 90 mm tb. Full accel coils and plugs. Have a exhaust. And also a bully dog. And just got a set of stage one injectors and now after getting the injectors in I am have a problem with it loading up.....and one got a few ideas on what I can do to fix the problem

Without boost the 90mm tb and bigger injectors is way overkill. May be your problem. I'm sure somebody will chime in with a better diagnosis. But I have full bolt ons and the stock injectors are more than enough.

Yep...Your mods don't work well with each other. First off, I'm surprised that you are not throwing codes with that 90mm TB and a basic canned tune. From there, the stock injectors flow more than enough unless you are adding boost or a very large shot of nitrous. I was making just shy of 500rwhp on my 03 hemi with the stock injectors.

I would go back to the stock injectors ASAP.

For your 04 super hips is probably your best bet. Since there is no Trans tuning with diablo on 03-04. But if your going into the motor diablo or sct will allow for custom tuning. Headers a stall and 4.56 gears will get ya moving too.

If you are building the motor, then you are going to want a custom tune. Diablo is the way to go on this.

What kind of truck pulls are you doing? I only know a few guys that do this with the hemi trucks. Are you staying at high rpm for extended periods? If so, then the lower gear ratio will actually perform better. A converter will help though as will a set of longtube headers.

How often are you pulling? With the amount of RPMS you will hang for as long as you will be, a change of the rotating asm will be needed. The stock pistons are the weak link.
