Got spray in liner done today as it was not done from factory. Only $550 half day turn around. The brand was extreme liner.

After a few months of throwing supplies and tools in the bed without bed liner it looks like it had 100k miles on it lol. They definitely don't make truck beds like they used to.

Had some spotlights sitting on the shelf so added them to the rack. It took me about 2 hours and a few beers but ran all the wires through the rack and drilled a hole to run into the front stake pocket. I added plugs in the pocket so I can remove any time I need and not worry about wires.

So the rough country steering box brace did not work with aftermarket swaybar. Did some research and synergy steering box brace works just fine. Only took 30mins to install not bad, only thing I need to do now would be ball joints to make sure my whole front end is bullet proof. I'll wait till ball joints are gone before I replace those.

I was looking at one of these for a brace for mine.

I was looking at that type as well. My main concern was it only mounts to one side and the purpose of it is to prevent frame flex. Mounting to only one frame rail doesnt make sense to me. Where it mounts is where your sway bar bushing is and being on one side the Sway bar would be spaced differently on that side. I do not think it would cause and issue but just something I thought about. The one I went with is nothing special and same design as most but this one clears my aftermarket sway bar.

Found a good deal on thuren tuned king 2.5 stage 1. We will see how they compare to fox 2.0

Install awhile ago been trouble shooting them and finally got then to ride nice. Thuren progressive rear leaf springs these take bumps pretty good a lot better than stock. When I first installed them they were really jittery and I did not like them at first. We loosened the bolts and re torqued quite a few times and the spring pack finally loosened up. Overall happy the way they turned out hopefully they break in better over time. Going over speed bump you do not get a double bounce just a single soft thud definitely a lot more axle movement.

You scored on the King shocks. I ran stage 2 front and 2.5 on the rear on my 2500. Very good ride. I have been considering the rear Thuren leafs. Rather than having them shipped I will just go pick them up direct.

I was going to go pick them up as well I am in Hillsboro oregon but no time and with fuel price shipping was the best way. My buddy ordered them and he is now a authorized thuren dealer. We did install the thuren shackles as well and I almost returned them all. We fought them after install out of the box they were very stiff and bouncy. Every little small bump was all jittery and big bumps were very stiff. We loosened bolts and re-torqued over and over. I have about 2500 miles on them now and they are a lot better. Thuren said I can run them for 6 months and if I am not happy the will give me full refund. I am content with them now and I am sure they will loosen up. If you want let me know we can meet on a weekend and you can drive my truck to see if you like it. Just keep in mind the 5th gens sit 2in lower than the 4th gens thuren rear leaf spring will raise you up about 2in and 2.5in without shackles. Ordering shocks you will want something a little longer than stock to accommodate them. My 3500 is full thuren set up active sway bar, king steering damper, 1.75in level, track bar, shocks and rear springs/ shackles. I actually want to find a stock truck to compare as I forgotten how a stock truck rides lol.

Tested out my Thuren suspension today. As much headache I've had with the rear springs it's definitely worth it. Never bottomed out the suspension and I hit some pretty big bumps. It's pretty impressive over all for being a heavy truck.

I have the Thuren Complete suspension up front with Fox Shocks Front and rear. 1.75" coils. I did install Timber Grove Bags as I pull a Fifth wheel and that did help with a bit softer ride for the rear. I'm North of Battle Ground Wa. so it would be some drive to get over to the West side. Would be nice to get a feel for the ride though.

Nice the front Is definitely a nice upgrade. I did airlift 5000 bags with daystar cradles. Works pretty good and the bottom of the back is not attached allows for extra movement. I tow a lot during the week for work and always have something in my bed air bags are definitely worth it. You will lose some payload with the thuren springs so airbags will be a must. It's not too far most my family live in Vancouver and I used to live there when I was younger I know the area pretty good. 35mins with no traffic to get across the i5 bridge. Just let me know and we can set something up.

But once you have one you never what to go back lol. You just learn to park in the back 40 or just don't care and park on curbs and what not. For me it's keeps me from going places my wife wants me to get stuff after work.... sorry hun no way to park......
