Nice Rig! My neighbor bought one the same color as yours. It's fully loaded and it looks like NASA's command center inside.

Congrats on the new ride. Lots of good info on here. Beautiful truck, my next will be that color.

As far as steps, I am an AMP research guy myself. Yes they are expensive, but they work very well, tuck away when not being used, nice wide tread.

Went with BakFlip as well and if your supplier says no part number available yet it is the same cover as for the 2018.

I’m proud to have my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie as my first new vehicle, It’s a proud and humbling moment. I picked her up Saturday and I fell in love with it the moment I saw her on the lot.

I’m in the market for running boards, a cover for the back and a cold air intake if they are out yet. Any suggestions would help.

Nice truck. I have an '04 Ram that I bought new with the Mopar air induction and am pleased with it. I would go with the Mopar side rails, they are durable.

I went to the dealer for the retractable mopar sidesteps and the lady quoted $1500 for it and $600 for installation......
At that price I might get rock sliders and call it a day lol
In the next two to three weeks I’m going to do the rough country 2” level, afe intake, tints, all weather mats, and 33’s on the stock rims.
Do you need to get the truck aligned with a 2” lift?

I did.
Between the 33s and the 2" lift it does change the geometry somewhat.
Even a small amount can result in premature tire wear, and tires are too expensive to waste for a $90 alignment...
Side steps were the first thing I added after the leveling kit cause my wife could barely climb in it after.
I went with black Westin PRO TRAXX 5s, but now that I've seen them I wish I'd gone with the HDX Extremes instead.
P.S.- You need to update your profile...;)

Welcome to the forum and congrats on you r new ride. As for covers, I went with Undercover ultra flex and power running boards just for the look. But have to say the boards are excellent for entry and exit, perfect position. Here a picture of my cover.IMG_1232.jpgIMG_1247.jpg

That cover looks mint! That’s the look I’m going for.

At the moment I want to keep her nice and simple.
I’m going to add a Cold air intake, rock sliders, tonneau cover, tint, and slightly taller and wider tires on the stock rims and that’s it. To me Dodge nailed it with this one and I hardly want to change anything.

Then stay away from these guys or that will surely change.

Look at this thread.
You started off wanting ideas on running boards and are already shopping around for the far more expensive Rock Sliders.

Not our Fault not really, we are as God intended, Ram Fanatics, who love to upgrade and improve an already, almost perfect Truck!

Quick, grab your wallet.
Take a picture, it will never be so thick again.

Kind of like Youth, it goes rapidly . . . .

Get yourself some running boards, Not Rock Sliders.
Think of it like planning for Retirement.
Just like Retirement, Old Age is coming and you may as well get ready for it.

Get Boards, (Old Farts have a hard time lifting bad knees with bad hips)
Topper, (For Nappies, in the Rain)
SunShade, (Old, Menopausal Wife's go thru Hot flashes, keep them Cool. The Change is Scary)
Blind Spot Mirrors, (Old Guys can't see ****, even with the mirrors but they do warn the ******* who is about to pass us.)
DZ Tailgate Assist, (Tailgates are heavy, Old Guys need their strength for reeling in fish, not holding tailgates)
DZ Bed Mat, (For those Nappies in the Rain)
Traxion Tailgate Ladder,(Bad Knees, Bad Hips, need I say more?)
Husky Floor Mats (Old Farts like to keep kids off their grass and dirt off their Carpet)
Kick ass Sound System, (Old Guys are deaf as Stumps)

Just start with this thread and continue from there:

Don't forget to take a snapshot of that wallet.
Someday, you will have proof that you once did have some money

Lol you’re so right! All I wanted was a intake and running boards and now I want a lift, tires, tune, a trailer and more. I doomed myself [emoji30]
