I did the basic mods, hid, cutout, and tinted tails.

took about 5-6 months of driving it for some mod tempations to kick in.

Got a fabtech 6" lift, moto metal 18" rims, and 325/65 nitto a/t tires.

Got tired of getting stuck and the mileage i was getting. So I got rid of the lift and wheels. then went back stock suspension with drop shackles. pacesetter longtubes,K&N intake,tb spacer, superchips tuner,08 20s, and re did my exhaust to dual 3" with h pipe and no cats.

the drop interfered with the exhaust and cut that sumbitch off.

Man, I like that hood. Can you post more pictures of it and shoot me a link? Your truck looked good lifted but better dropped. Besides as we know dropped is simply more practical.
Thanks,

Edit: I haven't found that particular hood. Is it a AirRam?

Wow! That is a hell of a transformation! Looking good sir, keep up the good work! While you are getting the bumper painted, have em paint your grille, maybe the mirrors too? Have you considered debadging it?

i meant to put that. the grill and bumper are both at the paint booth now as a matter of fact. ive thought about painting the mirrors but some other things are going to come first. im doing a 3k stall and then i think ill paint the wiper cowl, handles, mirrors. then try and go a little lower.

Now that is a transformation. Morphing up then loooow. That is some time and effort (and $$) put into your truck. Looking good! I cannot wait to see the finished photos ... or current as: are we ever really finished?
