need help truck cuts out

Need help my truck is cutting out sometimes and is not throwing any codes. I've done a whole trans fluid and filter replacement cleaned tb and reset the pcm and it still is doing it.

It starts fine and every thing it does it when I'm goin down the road or when I go to pull out some times. It acts like its missfireing but it won't throw a code.

try your distributor cap,rotor button under dist cap,crank sensor ,spk plugs,plug wires, and coil mine did somethin like that and i replaced all that and it has done fine every since

I'm gonna try plugs first then crank sensor. It only has 56000 miles on it its the 5.7hemi so I don't have a distributer on it I got individual coil packs

I agree with the plugs. How long has it been doing it? Maybe you got a bad tank of gas. Perhaps toss in some fuel system cleaner too. Can't hurt.

It's been doin it for about 2 or 3 days now. Im thinkin bad gas too cuz it does randomly. I pretty much ran all the gas out and put different gas in it this evening. I normally put a bottle of Lucas in it every other fill up. I might try seafoam in it this week and see how that stuff does

run shell premium high octain gas with a bottle of stp octain booster that will clean er out for sure lol i put racing fuel in mine and it really cleaned er out good all i ever run is premium in mine with e3 dimond fire spark plugs and 10mmplug wires and a msd coil pack and i get great gas mpgs

Seafoam is great stuff. Use it in both my vehicles.

Well I just pulled one of my plugs and it looks like **** so I'm gonna change them out tomorrow when its light outside

I'll try and remember to take pics of them after I get them out. Gonna seafoam it this weekend too

Well got all plugs changed out today so far its running better. I'll find out how well it runs tomorrow

Here is a link to a thread I had a while back. The general consensus is 1/2 in the vac line and 1/2 into the gas tank. There are lots of videos on Youtube as well.
