Need help w/ bully dog gt for hemi

Ok so I tried installing the bully dog gt on my 2011 ram.
Now my truck won't start, bullydog's FAQ's says to return the
Truck to stock, but when I try to do that it says that my truck isn't tuned!!
So I basically have a stock truck that wont start...
Help please!!!

Check and see what the BD says is it installed? It should be in the show settings section. If it's not installed hook it up to your computer and check for a update.
Then try to reinstall the BD. Make sure when your installing that everything else is off ie the radio the lights everything.

If you can tell me everything you've done up to now. I've had this BD since it hit the market for the 2012.
