I have a 2006 quad cab 4x4 with a 5.7 it overheated and is toast I found a 2014 5.7 392hp comes with ECM and wiring , can I make this swap has the blocks changed ,I need to bolt to my current auto transmission

Will bolt to your transmission. Will not be plug and play. 09+ has variable valve timing and an active intake manifold.

Also the newer engine have a smaller tooth tone wheel for the crank sensor. 08 and older has a 30 something tooth. Newers have a 50 something tooth. It won't run
