Hey guys

So I've had a bad plenum for awhile and got the Hughes plate to replace the stock one a while back, and picked up a good looking stock one at the junkyard. I am going to port the one I picked up and while its apart throw new plugs.

But with having the manifold off is it possible to replace the lifters? Any input or any other suggestions you guys have will be much appreciated. Thanks!
