Hey guys,

I have been trying to figure out if I have the correct wheel to wheel side steps on my 14' Ram 1500 4x4 Limited 6'4" bed w/Ram Box. On the Limited trim they are a standard feature. However, they came in without them and the window sticker shows they were deleted -600! Well... I paid my dealer for them and so I wanted them. A very long story short, pictures attached of what are on my truck right now and another comparable truck I found on the net. My truck is the Granite. They look like a hybrid between cab and wheel length.

I have been scavanging the net trying to find pictures to 100% verify mine are incorrect and also part numbers/detailed specs. My steps measure 97.5 from front to back. I found this on Jegs site -- Mopar Accessories 82213532 Mopar Accessories Premium Tubular Side Steps - Free Shipping on All Orders @ JEGS . The w2w on the second page shows 3 mount points, I have 2. You have to look at the instructions tab to see more info.

I called Ram already, they were no help.

Can someone who has the OEM/Factory/Mopar/Limited wheel to wheel side steps on a 6'4" box please post a pic and the dimensions of your bars? I'm trying to gather enough info before I call the dealers GM and file a BBB complaint. Some guys on another board suggested these are for the 5'7" box, which they may very well be, but I would like some hard facts. Thanks for any and all help ya'll can provide.

Those are indeed the correct running boards for the 6"4' box. If you do a search on Google Images, you'll find a few photos with the same setup. :)

Can you show me some? The blue truck posted above has longer ones and is also a 14' CC 6'4"box. Also these two are longer..

Those look to me to be perfect for a short bed crew cab. Not long bed crew cab.. :/

Thanks for the input gents.

So.. I spoke with Ram twice after having my calls and messages not returned. The second time the lady offered to call the dealer, and I said by all means. After she came back on the line to fill me in the dealer was already calling. What a change all of the sudden!

After a few emails with pictures they apoligized for installing the incorrect boards on 2 occasions. They are now in the process of trying to get the correct ones ordered. Hoping to get comped for diesel! 60 mile round trip, and this will be the third time due to their error, and I waited 4 hours last time.
